We started OC Tech Neighbor for a simple reason: everyone deserves patient, respectful help with their technology — without judgment, jargon, or pressure.
Technology should make life easier, but for a lot of us it just adds frustration. A printer that won’t print. A phone full of photos. A pop-up that says your computer has a virus. A password you can’t remember. It’s enough to make anyone want to give up — or to call their adult children for the third time this week.
That’s where we come in. We’re the patient, friendly helper who comes to your home (or hops on the phone), sorts out the problem, and — just as importantly — shows you what happened so it’s less scary next time. We leave you with a simple written page you can keep, and we’re always just a call away if something else comes up.
