Trust & safety
Help you can feel completely safe about
Trust is the most important thing we offer. Here are the promises we make to every person we help.
We never store your passwords
If we need to sign in to help you, you enter it yourself while we’re right there. We don’t write it down or keep it.
We never handle banking passwords
We can help you understand how to use your banking app, but we will never ask for or type your banking passwords.
You stay present and in control
We never access your accounts without you there and giving your consent. It’s your technology — you’re always in charge.
No judgment, no pressure
We explain things kindly, never make you feel rushed or embarrassed, and only suggest what genuinely helps you.
Written instructions every time
After each visit we leave a simple one-page guide so you can do it yourself — and feel more confident.
Family updates only when you allow it
If a family member is involved, we only share what you’ve given us permission to share. Your privacy comes first.
Clear boundaries
What we do — and don’t — do
We’re here to help you understand and use your technology with confidence. To keep you safe, there are some things we simply don’t do:
- We are not financial, legal, or medical advisors, and we don’t make those decisions for you.
- We don’t ask you to share passwords, banking details, or sensitive information through our website.
- We can help set up a password manager — but only if you’d like one and give your consent.
- We always encourage safe habits, like never giving passwords to someone who calls you unexpectedly.
A real, local, accountable neighbor. You’re always present and in control of every visit. We’re putting formal insurance and a background check in place, and we’ll publish the verifiable details here — we’ll never claim them before they’re true.
