FAQ
Everything you might be wondering
A few of the things people ask us most. Don’t see your question? Just call — we’re happy to help.
That’s completely normal, and it’s our favorite kind of call. Just tell us what you’ve noticed — “my email won’t open” or “my TV is acting up” — and we’ll figure it out together. You never need to know the technical details.
Both — whatever is easier for you. We do patient in-home visits throughout Orange County, and we also help by phone or video call for quick questions and small fixes.
A 1-hour in-home visit is $99, and help by phone or video starts at $39. New-device setup packages start at $149. We tell you the price up front, before any work — no surprises, ever.
Not at all. Most people start with a single visit. If you’d like ongoing help, our monthly plans start at $49 — but they’re completely optional, and we’ll only mention one if it would genuinely save you money.
No. We never store your passwords, and we never ask for or handle banking passwords. If we need to sign in to an account to help you, you stay right there with us and enter it yourself. Your security comes first, always.
We’re a local, relationship-based business — most of our work comes from neighbors and families who refer us. We’re patient, we explain everything, we never pressure you, and we leave written instructions after every visit so you’re never in the dark.
Yes — this is one of the most important things we do. We’ll show you how to spot scam calls, fake “virus” pop-ups, and suspicious messages, and what to do when one appears. We’ll never pressure you or rush you.
Always. We don’t use confusing words, and we never make you feel rushed or embarrassed. We fix the problem, show you what happened, and write down simple steps so you can do it yourself next time.
We serve Orange County, California — including Laguna Woods, Laguna Niguel, Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point, Newport Beach, and Irvine.
Yes. Our Family plan is made for exactly this. With your parent’s permission, we send you a short, friendly update after each visit — what we did and anything to keep an eye on — so you have peace of mind without being the on-call tech support.
We take this seriously. We arrive professionally, explain who we are and what we’ll do, keep your parent present and in control the whole time, and never touch sensitive accounts without consent. We’re happy to coordinate with you directly.
We’ll let you know the price before we begin, and you can pay after the visit. We accept simple, common payment methods, and you’ll always get a receipt.
