It’s 100% remote — by phone or video. You can be across the country and still get your parent unstuck this week.
Scam-safety built in
We walk them through spotting fake pop-ups, “tech support” calls, and suspicious emails — the protection worried families want most.
Patient, never condescending
We go at their pace, explain in plain English, and never make anyone feel foolish. You can join the call too.

Worried about letting someone help remotely?
Good — that instinct keeps people safe. Here’s exactly how we’re different from the scammers your parent should hang up on:
- We never ask for banking passwords — ever.
- Your parent sees their whole screen the entire time, and can end the session at any moment.
- We never store passwords, and we explain everything as we go.
- A family member is always welcome to join the call.

Common questions
What if my parent isn’t good with video calls?
A regular phone call works perfectly. We meet them wherever they’re comfortable — we’ll never make the technology a barrier to getting help.
What if they need more than an hour?
We’ll always tell them the price before anything costs extra — no surprise charges, ever. Often one focused hour is plenty, and small follow-up questions are welcome.
Can I be on the call too?
Absolutely. A family member is always welcome to join. Many adult children sit in for the first session.
Is it safe to let someone help remotely?
Yes — and we do the opposite of what scammers do. We never ask for banking passwords, your parent sees their whole screen the entire time and can end the session at any point, and we never store passwords.
